How We Got Started
Check out this great video about For the Luv of Paws (FLP). It gives a history of how the rescue/sanctuary got started and what is involved in making it a continuing success. It features some of our adoptable animals and volunteers.

DOG FOOD ALWAYS NEEDED
We are always in need of dry dog food. Please consider donating - any U.S. brand, for any age. We mix all dog foods together so there is never a problem with intolerance.
You can drop off at our thrift shop, the sanctuary or order online through Chewy, Walmart, Petco and many other venues and have it delivered directly to us.
Our addresses for both the shop and sanctuary are right here on our website - under thrift shop and 'contact us'. Thank you!
ANNIE'S ART ATTIC RAISED $500 FOR US!
In addition to the $500 check from Annie's, the staff there coordinated the October raffle. That raised another $1400 for us! The October raffle at Annie's Art Attic was coordinated by many people. It took tremendous effort and we thank ALL of the volunteers who helped.
Kudos and thank you, thank you, thank you to Annie's for hosting the fundraiser, Mari Sarabia, her children, Betty for collecting all the donations for the absolutely terrific raffle baskets, and to the ladies who manned the information table at Annie's on Saturdays during the month.
OCTOBER RAFFLE WINNERS
There were several winners from the October raffle conducted at Annie's Art Attic. The above photo is of just one couple who were the lucky winners!
Unable To Adopt A Dog Or Cat Into Your Home
But Still Want To Help?
Consider a Virtual Adoption!
Since we are a no-kill sanctuary, we care for many animals that for a multitude of reasons are unable to be adopted to a home.
All animals receive love, exercise, medical care, shelter & food until the end of their natural lives. YOU can help with the expenses in caring for these sweet dogs and cats.
Click on the box below to go to our 'sanctuary animals' page to virtually adopt today!
Consider volunteering!
We REALLY need some reliable volunteers. A few to work our thrift shop - especially Mondays from 12:00 - 5:00 pm and at Kingman Petco once a week for 2 hours to feed the cats.
The dogs and cats will love you for it and you will be doing something for the animals and your community.
Go to our 'Volunteer' page or click the link below to see the opportunities available and download, print out and mail in your application today.
