Cherie DaLynn--OWNER of FLP--a native Nevadan, is the owner of For the Luv of Paws II, Inc. Domestic Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, president of its board of directors, on the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Schnauzer Rescue, a member of the American Humane Society, Manchester Who’s Who, an honors graduate of UNLV, US Army Vietnam veteran, and a retired court reporter. She has been working with active court reporters, producing transcripts, since her retirement in 1986. She has 23 wonderful pets who share her life, along with her precious rescue and sanctuary animals.Cherie also owns Paws & Pads, full service pet sitting and pet bakery, which is entering its fourth year of operation in Las Vegas. P & P employs three pet sitters, is a member of the National Pet Sitters Association and is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
Terren Gibson was born and raised in Canada but has lived in the States for 28 years and is a US citizen. She has always had dogs and at present has 3 wonderful dogs that she adopted from FLP.Her love of animals brought her to FLP. She works full time, and tries to spend as much time as she can in her off time working in any way she can for the Rescue. Her dream is to eventually work full time with Cherie to make FLP the best Rescue it can possibly be.

Holly Curry is Cherie's sister. Holly maintains For the Luv of Paws' website. She lives in Huston, Idaho and directs a Federal Family Literacy program. Along with her husband, three sons, daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren, Holly also includes in her family two dogs, three cats, and a cockatiel.
Pat Knudson is a retired (ten years)tax consultant, with a background in accounting. "When we handed the office keys to the new owner, I danced out of the office shouting to the world that I would never wear pantyhose again. And I haven't!I love animals with my whole being, and am so grateful to have found a way to be of some help in finding them homes."
Karen Crawford was born and raised in Nevada. Her passion for animals goes back many years. Her home has always been filled with cats, dogs, birds, fish and even an eel. At present, Karen has 3 rescue dogs that she adopted from FLP, 4 cats and a tank full of fish! Along with working full time in one of the casinos, Karen helps with donations, errands and raffle sales in Nevada to help FLP. Her goal is to help as many animals as she can in her lifetime.
